JOB DESCRIPTION
Reception Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
  • Update and maintain company databases and records.
  • Support on employees t-shirt, shoes and others related PPE that use by employees.
Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with customer service issues as needed.
Other Duties:
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
Education:
- A diploma / degree holder in business administration
Experience:
- At least 1 year working experience in administration
Skills:
- Basic computer operation, good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, interpersonal skills and basic problem solving.
- Independent worker, self-drive personality, service oriented, strong leadership quality & high degree of maturity.
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day)/ 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day) / 3.0 (Rest Day on PH)
Contribution of EPF, Socso & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.
Employee is protected under Group Hospitalization, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accidents & Business Travel Insurance (when required).
SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
