Working Days:

• Monday - Friday [9am to 6.30pm]
• Saturday [9am to 2pm Half-day]

• Ipoh
• Walk in Interviews [Preferable] / Virtual Interviews

Working Location:

• Ipoh [Indoor - Office]

Training:

• 1 week training

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer Enquiries
• Call existing customers to upgrade current packages
• Effectively manage customers issue
• Handling customer's feedbacks, concerns and questions professionally

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM level
• Credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English Language & Mathematics
• Malaysian citizen
