Administrative Assistant

I. Responsibilities & Authorities
- Reception Duties:
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
  • Update and maintain company databases and records.
  • Support on employees' t-shirt, shoes and other related PPE that use by employees.
- Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and request in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with customer service issues as needed.
- Other Duties:
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assign by superior.
  • To liaise with HR Department for any related enquiries.
II. Competency & Training Acquired
  • Education: A diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year working experience in administration.
  • Skills: Basic computer operation, good communication skills in English & Malay, good interpersonal skills and basic problem solving. Independent worker, self-drive personality, service oriented, strong leadership quality & high degree of maturity.
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:48
Working days: Mon - Fri
One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Must not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time.
Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Off Day > 8hours & Public Holiday/Rest Day < 8hours office hours) / 3.0 (Rest Day / Public Holiday > 8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below.
Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00
Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.
Employee is protected under Group Hospitalization, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accidents & Business Travel Insurance (when required).
SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
