ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities
· Handle incoming and outgoing company mail and phone calls, respond to common inquiries, and transfer important calls, updating databases, and completing general clerical work.
  • Sorting mail.
  • Handling general office tasks and administrative duties.
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
  • Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Control and organize office supplies stock.
· Responsible for purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining reasonable inventory levels.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
  • Maintaining an organized clean office environment
  • Responsible for the maintenance and management of office facilities to ensure the proper functioning of the office environment
· Performs other administrative tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Requirement
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Familiarity with other software programs and office equipment would also be helpful.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8.00am-4.30pm
