Requirements:
· Proven experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
· Proficiency in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, speaking)
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

· Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and relevant technology
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a restaurant setting
· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
· Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff management, and customer service
· Support recruitment, training, and supervision of restaurant staff
· Assist with policy and procedure development with the Restaurant Manager
· Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and address customer concerns
· Plan promotional events and support marketing initiatives
· Contribute to menu development and pricing strategies
· Manage supplier relations and procurement tasks
· Analyze sales data and suggest improvements
