Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and SQL Accounting software.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Assist in verifying documents prepared by the administrator.
- Provide necessary documents for audits.
- Prepare daily business reports for the director.
- Handle calculations efficiently and accurately.
- May need to travel to the bank or government departments.
- Liaise with the main office in KL and outsourced accountants as required.
- EPF & SOCSO contributions
