Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure that service levels meet or exceed company standards.
Monitor and analyze service metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any service-related concerns.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Develop and enforce service policies and procedures.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals.
Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide training and support to team members.
Problem Resolution:
Handle complex service issues and escalate problems as necessary.
Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of service problems.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on service performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service delivery and customer interactions.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor service standards and implement quality control measures.
Due to the secure nature of the role, Australian citizens with a federal government security clearance will be preferred.
