Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists in the hiring process by providing administrative support, organizing candidate data and onboarding, ensuring accuracy of the HRIS system.
High School Diploma required. Associate’s Degree in business, human resources, or communications preferred
Experience:
Minimum one year experience in Human Resources, data entry, or compliance required
Licensure/Certification:
None
Duties/Responsibilities:
Education:
- Processes and audits employee files in HRIS.
- Performs and verifies prescreening on applicants.
- Processes internal employee transfers.
- Responsible for educational funding and recruitment bonus programs.
- Assigns onboarding documents and sees through to completion.
- Assists with initial and responsible for annual license verification.
- Assists with the development of reference guides for new employees and managers.
- Assists with additional recruitment duties as assigned.

Location: St. Claire Health Care · Human Resources
Schedule: Full Time, Days, Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30
