Your responsibilities
Directly leads the logistics management team and indirectly leads the logistics leaders and co-workers.
Secures high customer satisfaction at lowest possible cost in a multichannel environment for goods availability and customer order fulfillment. Ensures everyone in the store has knowledge of the logistics process and how their role impacts the process.
Leads and inspires the logistics team by working closely with store commercial team and Country CFF team. Identifies, recruits, retains and develops talent in the Logistic department to secure a diverse, competent and high performing team to secure future succession.
Actively participates in the management process to create the store business plan and logistic action plan, using global and country input. Triggers and follows up on all logistic actions that support the country growth direction. Works with IKEA Customer Satisfaction Survey, NPS (Net Promoter Score), IKEA Brand Capital report, I Share survey and Commercial Review results.
Secures sufficient short-/ mid-/ and long-term Store Fulfillment capacity, in line with the commercial direction, changing customer behaviors (including Cash & Cary and e Commerce fulfillment) and range frame.
Secures excellence in Store Fulfillment operations with focus on Retail Foundation, basics in operations, through an end to end process approach and supported by Commercial Reviews. Monitors and follows up the Store Fulfillment performance in accordance to the Store- and Market BPL in order to take relevant actions to achieve the goals for growth, budget and excellence in operations.
Positions IKEA Retail and the IKEA Brand as responsible partners in lowering environmental impact by taking relevant actions, in the store, that contribute to achieving long-term profitability in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
Ensures that Store Fulfillment works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations as in standard operating procedures, I-Monitor and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.
Leads, attends and contributes to cross functional store meetings and forums as applicable
