PART TIME

The Bloomington Bison are looking for highly energetic and motivated part-time Merchandise Store Associates for our inaugural 2024-25 season, weekdays and all home games. Seeking candidates that have previous retail experience, attention to detail, and most importantly high energy to get everyone to "Join the Herd!"

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in retail (fashion retail, direct to consumer, experiential retail, pop-up retail)
Strong knowledge and understanding of Point of Sale (POS) and high volume situations
Passionate, high energy, strong work ethic, and would thrive building relationships with our fans
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced changing environment
High ethical standards and commitment to the organization’s core values
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible schedule. Must be able to work home games, nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work in both team Merchandise Stores (more details upon interview).
Greet and help customers through every step of their customer journey
Bring a fun and exciting atmosphere through your personality.
Have clear communication amongst co-workers
Abide by all ECHL rules and procedures
Assist with post game jersey auctions
Demonstrate an ability and willingness to work flexible hours.
Present yourself in a professional manner while in public, including all social media networks and platforms.
Arrive prepared prior to the game to have game day meetings and initiate "HORNS UP"
Follow instructions
General organization of storage areas
Must be able to troubleshoot in response to challenges
Must have excellent communication skills and act as a team ambassador with every interaction
