Summary:
Responsible for supporting safety and security operations at The College of Wooster’s Campus Safety Department. Oversees building inspections, emergency services, and ensures a safe campus environment. This position is from 8:45 pm to 7:00 am.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in investigations and follow-up reports.
Support community policing and customer service.
Perform campus patrols and safety escorts.
Enforce college regulations and parking rules.
Conduct security checks and respond to emergencies.
Submit detailed incident reports.
Conduct follow-up investigations as needed.
Respond to lockouts and provide escorts.
Complete repair requests and maintain activity logs.
Collaborate with Campus Safety team.
Work flexible hours as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s (BA) in criminal justice, law enforcement science or related field and work experience in a college environment preferred. Consideration will be given for related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, licenses, registrations:
A valid Ohio Driver’s license required.
