About Us: Building supply company currently experiencing growth and seeking motivated Production Employees to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment.
- Perform assembly, packaging, and quality control of products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow all safety and operational protocols.
- Report production data and assist with inventory management.
- Adapt to various production duties based on skill set.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in working within a production/manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of industrial and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing objects up to 100 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and pursue promotional opportunities.
