Job Opportunity: General Laborer (1st Shift)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM to 4:00 PM (with occasional overtime as needed)

A family-owned company is offering a long-term opportunity for a dedicated General Laborer to join their team in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Job Highlights:

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
Job Description:
- Mixing and Blending: Follow written ingredient instructions to create a powder blend. Fill a hopper, mix and blend the materials together.
- Packaging and Preparation: Package the powder into bags, drums, or containers. Prepare pallets by wrapping them securely.
- Shipping Support: Prep products for shipment, load onto trucks, and support general warehouse duties as needed.
Additional Details:
- Teamwork Focus: Work in teams of 2, 4, or 6, rotating through different stages of the process to support efficient production.
- Growth Potential: Although the tasks are repetitive, the role offers room for advancement over time.
- Tow Motor Experience: Preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
