Assembly Technician- 1st Shift
Manufacturing Assembly Technician
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assembly:
- Assemble components and products following detailed instructions and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.

Quality Control:
- Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production output and any issues encountered during assembly.
- Complete necessary paperwork related to the assembly process.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.

Safety:
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions:
- This position may involve standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
