We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Order Picker to support our shipping and receiving operations. This role is responsible for picking and pulling orders manually, labeling, unboxing, and palletizing items for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, a fast-paced environment, and can commit to consistent attendance, especially in the first month.

This role is responsible for picking and pulling orders manually, labeling, unboxing, and palletizing items for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, a fast-paced environment, and can commit to consistent attendance, especially in the first month.
Responsibilities
- Order Picking & Pulling : Manually pick and pull orders, handling items up to 70 lbs for accurate shipment preparation.
- Labeling & Palletizing : Label boxes correctly, unbox items, and organize orders on pallets for efficient shipping.
Job Requirements
- Schedule : 12-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime available on Fridays and occasionally until 5:30 p.m. as needed.
- Environment : Comfortable working in a physically demanding and potentially dirty environment.
- Reliability : Strong attendance commitment, with no missed time in the first month.
- Experience : Previous warehouse experience required; experience with manual order picking and pulling is essential.
This position is well-suited for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and committed to supporting warehouse operations in a high-demand setting.
