Join our team as we “Feed the World Like Family”! The Fremont Company is hiring an Order Management Specialist to join our Corporate Headquarters in Fremont, Ohio. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of external customer relations and ensuring exceptional service across key departments, including sales, operations, logistics, quality, and accounting. As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a key role in processing customer orders from start to finish while delivering top-notch customer service. Duties & Responsibilities:
Process Customers' orders (usually via e-mail or EDI), including verifying details (items, prices, quantities, delivery date) in line with predefined processes and timelines, all through confirmation and invoicing.
Follow through with all Customer issues that arise ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. Handle Customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Coordinate and communicate with the internal team in all Customer-related matters, in particular Customer's orders (sales, accounting, logistics, manufacturing, quality).
Coordinate with sales, production planning, and logistics teams to address order inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and expedite order fulfillment.
Monitor order status and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Investigate and resolve order issues, including minimum order quantities, product availability, and shipping delays.

Requirements: Candidates should have the following qualifications:
3 to 5 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong computer skills-including Excel, Outlook, and ERP Systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to handling customer requests and solving problems.
Service-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide timely follow-ups.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
