Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary: The Parking Services Associate handles customers at the parking services front counter. Receives and screens telephone calls. Provides a wide variety of information to customers. Compiles data and prepares reports. Maintains permit inventory. Acts as a liaison to other departments.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
Skills and Knowledge: Working knowledge of personal computers and standard application softwares such as word processing, spreadsheet, or database management programs. Good organizational and customer service skills.
