Job SummaryResponsible for parking programs located at all Children's of Alabama locations. Work involves validating legal documents, supervising and coordinating parking contractor staff, managing parking volumes per location appropriately, responding to employee/visitor inquiries about parking programs, and drafting parking-related policies and procedures. Work involves independent decision-making on problems encountered within a defined activity area.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Two years of college coursework required

Experience
-
Requires 1-3 years secretarial experience, previous experience preferred in a health care, educational or office setting.

At least two years experience having direct contact with the public handling complaints required.

Must be able to use techniques of parking facility supervision and operation, parking rules and regulations, punctuation, and grammar sufficient to prepare incident reports and complete daily logs, record-keeping practices, and training and coaching techniques.

Valid Alabama driver’s license
