Hybrid Optional – as example, 2-3 weeks per month in Williston, the balance of time remote.

Oversee all Safety functions for the Northern Division of Steel Energy which includes Sun Well Services, Black Hawk Energy, and Rogue Pressure Services.

Manage a team of Field Safety Reps who conduct field location visits, interact with employees, conduct Rig inspections.
Responsible for content of classroom training during Safety New Hire Orientation, Rig Pass content.
Responsible for content and presentation of monthly safety meetings to employees.
Monitor and ensure compliance with some web based HSE specific programs and systems.
Manage Work Comp claims for the Division.
Work cohesively with Operations and HR to continue a culture of Safety First and a friend/cohort to Operations.
