We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, adept at cold calling, and experienced in marketing. You will play a crucial role in driving new business, creating engaging marketing materials, and supporting our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Cold Calling (50%+ of Role):
Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
Effectively communicate our value proposition and manage follow-ups to close deals.
Document and report on sales activities, progress, and results.
Marketing Materials Creation:
Develop and design marketing materials for both internal and external use, including company advertisements and newsletters.
Update and create compelling sales emails, presentations, and other promotional content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Industry Research:
Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Utilize insights gained from research to support sales strategies and marketing efforts.
Flexible Work Hours:
Adapt to varying work hours as required, including accommodating different time zones when engaging with customers.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous marketing experience is required; sales or cold calling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong technical proficiency with various software and tools related to sales and marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging content and presentations.
Comfortable performing industry research and applying findings to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
