Responsible for providing support to users during day-to-day operations in support of Green Light’s commitment to clients, as well as aid with monitoring and problem investigation
Work with the engineering team to provide help desk and junior system administration support.
Shadow more senior members of the engineering team, to learn and develop engineering skills as a path towards becoming a more advanced security-focused System Administrator.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Security+ required
Working knowledge of Linux (distribution agnostic)
Basic knowledge of Linux commands
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Excellent communications skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability and willingness to work with the team even if it includes performing routine tasks
Ability and willingness to learn new things to work towards becoming more advanced in your role
