Funding Assistant
This is an entry level position in our Funding Dept. with great potential for growth and advancement within our company.
1. Work effectively within time constraints, manage multiple tasks
2. Sign off outstanding conditions from file review, and when complete, set file up for funding
3. Calculate funding figures
4. Set up Collateral Packages
5. Track all Signed loan documents including Original Signed Notes.
6. Must be able to work with post closing team and Investors on a daily basis.
7. Review all signed loan documents for accuracy
8. Order wires to our designated Warehouse Banks with funding cutoff times.
9. Maintain a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers
10. Able to work in a fast paced business environment. Attention to detail is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
- Los Angeles, CA 90010: Relocate before starting work (Required)
