Clerk - Intellectual Property
Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, a major Delaware law firm with a diverse business practice, is seeking a Clerk to join our Intellectual Property Team within our General Litigation Group.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Docketing (tracking court filings)
- Assist with court filings (including independent preparation of the filing for final review of paralegal)
- Copying (including coordinating with mailroom and outside vendors for large projects)
- Maintain files
- Organization and assembly of binders and trial exhibits
- Page checking document productions and deposition transcripts
- Proofreading
- Create and update indices and file labels/
- Maintain files and archiving
- Organization and assembly of binders and assist paralegals with trial preparation
- Independent projects from paralegals
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills (including manipulating documents/PDFs)
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Deadline oriented
- Flexibility (i.e., changing priorities in midstream)
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to take direction from various sources (i.e., attorneys, paralegals, and secretaries)
- Ability to take initiative and provide creative ideas to solve problems
- Ability to work productively in high-energy, fast-paced situations
