As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that products are accurately tracked and documented. You will work on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday. This position is based in our Chemical Processing Facility in Mystic, CT.

• Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified, and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Maintains control over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
• Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
• Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
• Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
• Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
• Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
• Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
• Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
• (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock (Including Chemical Processing), assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
• Builds relationships with manufacturing, Logistic suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues.
• Implement continuous improvement activities utilizing MPS tools.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of Shipping and Receiving experience.

• SAP Experience (Preferred)
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Warehouse Support Experience
• Inventory Cycle Count Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$60,800 - $91,200 The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
