About the Team:

You are joining a North Slope-based division within Colville and a team that works hard to support each other every day
At Brooks Range Supply you’ll meet and work with other team members ranging from Parts Counter Specialists, Post Office Clerks, Purchasing Agents, and Retail Clerks for our General Store; all while living at Brooks Camp during your hitch

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Brooks Range Supply in Prudhoe Bay. This role involves interacting with customers, managing parts inventory, and ensuring a smooth operation at our parts counter.

Engage with Our Community: Provide top-notch customer service both in-person and over the phone, becoming a trusted resource for our clients.
Safely Manage Inventory: Efficiently process orders, pull parts, and handle invoicing while ensuring all inventory procedures are followed safely and everything is in its proper place.
Maintain Excellence: Keep our parts counter and store organized, clean, and stocked to meet high standards.
Support Our Mission: Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations, helping us maintain our reputation as a leader in Arctic logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Professional: Previous experience in parts handling, preferably in a warehouse, automotive or construction industries is a plus.
Service Star: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for making customers feel valued.
Versatile Worker: Ability to operate a forklift, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for long periods.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer systems and inventory management.

Physical Requirements:

Ready to adapt to Arctic conditions—gear up and embrace the cold while working in our warehouse environment.
