Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Own the success of analyzing new and existing business process flows at Pye and translating these requirements to technology solutions.
Participate in projects focused on implementing non-operational software, such as LMS, CRM, ERP, and field service software, while devising comprehensive strategies.
Facilitate strategic discussions and ensure alignment across the technology organization, broader corporate structure, and external partners and customers.
Participate in addressing audit inquiries and promoting transparency throughout the PMO program.
Assume ownership of relationships and establish success criteria for all external contractor engagements.
Coordinate and integrate strategic objectives into practical and efficient technology solutions.
Mentor and guide junior managers and leadership, emphasizing continuous professional improvement.
Lead the integration efforts with back-office functions, including AP/AR/Finance/Accounting/Payroll.
Oversee technology hardware and software sourcing by establishing competitive agreements and cultivating essential relationships for successful program delivery.
Cultivate relationships with leadership and ownership stakeholders, with a specific focus on senior leadership and the board, while remaining responsive to their needs.
Stay abreast of advancements in information technology and information security, providing relevant context to the leadership team.
Education/Qualification:
BA in management or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 5 years of business analytics experience
General competence of business technology consumption and the importance of strong support.
Background in leading teams through transformational change is required.
Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business ethics.
Ability to strategize and solve problems.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
