Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the organization’s digital and IT resources to support effective operations.
- Ensure the reliable performance and maintenance of all IT tools, software, and systems.
- Lead the administration of critical IT systems, including network infrastructure and data management solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure and support business objectives.
- Foster skill growth and leadership within the IT team through training, guidance, and mentorship.
- Ensure regular system backups and manage secure data storage practices.
- Administer the organization’s email and collaboration platforms with an emphasis on performance and efficiency.
- Guide the deployment of tools and practices to optimize IT assets and resources.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the organization’s IT capabilities.
- Oversee data hosting practices to prioritize effective storage, retrieval, and sharing of information.
- Stay current with advancements in IT technology and implement best practices as relevant.
- Ensure the integrity and functionality of networked computers across all business units.
- Manage the installation and configuration of software and hardware on all computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, addressing any potential weaknesses in hardware or software.
- Review system logs and reports to identify and address emerging technical issues.
- Act as a key point of contact for end users, addressing their IT needs and solutions.
- Ensure IT infrastructure complies with all relevant government and industry standards.
- Perform additional duties as required, supporting the organization's overall IT strategy and operations.
Education/Qualification:
- BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field preferred.
- Typically 0-5 years experience in Information Technology, preferably in program or project management.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and penetration tests.
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
Other Duties:
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
