Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Write, modify, and debug software code using programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others as required.
• Collaborate with team members to understand software requirements and specifications.
• Test and troubleshoot programs to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
• Document program code, including specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing software applications.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages to support continuous learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Education/Qualification:

• BA/BS in management / technology or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically between 2-10 years delivering software development related to technology.
• General competence of business technology consumption and the importance of strong support.
• Background in leading teams through transformational change is required.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business ethics.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.

Other Duties:

• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
