AR Rural Health Corps
Functions as a Certified Community Health Service Member to promote health and well-being in rural Arkansas communities by addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) through assessment, navigation, enrollment and assistance services, advocacy, education, and care coordination to achieve better health outcomes and foster a more equitable healthcare system throughout the ARHP service spanning 22 rural Arkansas counties.
