As an Administrative Support Laborer, you will be responsible for delivering inbound Fed Ex and UPS orders, picking up and delivering mail to the U.S. Post Office, printing warehouse labels, and providing backup for office support and mail routing clerks. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage banker boxes at Dot West
Maintain inventory of all printer paper needs
Unload, stack, and deliver cases of soda to various areas
Support meeting room staff with table, chair, and cooler needs for meetings
Unload and stack boxes of warehouse labels and deliver them to the inventory room
Assist with labeling large outbound mailings
Make copies and compile booklets
Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.; 50 lbs. regularly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products or the ability to learn

Ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment
ROLE SPECIFICS
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, schedule may vary to meet production requirements.
Regular standing and walking for long periods of time and routinely climbing stairs while carrying and routing envelopes, packages, and boxes.
