As a Resort Administrative Assistant, you will provide assistance to the Resort Manager in establishing and maintaining RT’s Cove in all areas of business including, reservations, financial bookkeeping, guest services, payment collection, invoicing, and be committed to providing excellent service to our guests. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Act as administrative point of contact between guest and external vendors
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, calls, other appointments, and reservations
Prepare for meetings by running reports and gathering information
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check in and out process
Manage office and cleaning supply inventory
Light cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobby, hallways, dining areas, and restrooms
YOU MUST HAVE
High School diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and professional approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently under pressure while multi-tasking
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Prior experience in an administrative support role
Prior experience with guest services and reservations
Accounting skills

Hourly Wage: $17.17 – $25.75
