High school diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Task management and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a passion for quality
Preferred:
Associates Degree
Responsibilites
Oversee course scheduling and student attendance documentation
Maintain records on student population, and follow up with students with failed or incomplete courses
Assist in maintaining electronic records via the Campus Management System and generate course completion certificates and program diplomas
Help the Education Supervisor in maintaining academic materials
Conduct student orientations
Maintain instructor training and qualification files
Support and maintain timely processing of Student Status Change Forms
