The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing various clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs a broad range of general office support functions.
Schedules and coordinates meetings and events. Prepares and distributes agendas, formulates notes/minutes/prepares draft documents for review.
Serves as a liaison in dealing with internal and external customers; Assists in resolving problems, issues, and/or complaints.
Researches, compiles, analyzes, and summarizes data.
Compiles, composes edits, produces, and distributes a variety of documents.
Coordinates and assists in the preparation and monitoring/tracking of budgets. Processes expenditures, purchases, budget transfers, and other actions.
May be assigned responsibility for training, guiding, or reviewing the work of other office support staff.
Education:
Associate’s Degree with a concentration in a related field required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
Experience:
Two years previous secretarial experience required

None
Location: St. Claire Health Care · Food Services
Schedule: Full Time, Days, Monday Through Friday 6 A.M.- 2:30 P.M.
