He/she enjoys meeting people and may even have a knack for remembering names, is tuned into the world around them, and takes pride in a job well done individually and collectively. The Administrative Assistant is a front office position that will have independent responsibilities along with supporting company ownership and department heads. A majority of the time will include activities related to property management and leasing, with an emphasis on marketing. Growing public relations, online presence, and social media outreach will be a key goal. A little about us: We are a 35+ year-old company that develops and owns commercial properties (office park, retail centers, commercial buildings), provides commercial property management and construction services, and constructs residentials homes including condominium and high-end waterfront properties. Requirements/Experience - Administrative assistant/office management experience -Strong experience or interest in marketing and leasing - Computer skills: Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point - Experience with Adobe Design Suite helpful; design experience a bonus - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal The position is 40 hours/week.
