Accounting Supervisor role

Efficiently process and manage various financial processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
Oversee and carry out month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial processes and reporting requirements effectively.
Conduct monthly trial balance and margin analyses to provide valuable insights into financial performance.
Mentor and guide fellow accounting staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, detail-oriented growth, and high performance.
Serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external auditors, responding promptly and accurately to all inquiries.
Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the profitability and quality within the accounting function by identifying opportunities for procedural improvements and implementing best practices.
Undertake other related tasks as assigned to support the overall objectives of the accounting department.
