Accounting Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a comprehensive understanding of financial accounting principles.
Duties
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform financial report interpretation to provide insights into the company's performance.
- Execute account analysis to identify trends and variances in financial data.
- Maintain the general ledger by recording journal entries and reconciling discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
- Strong skills in financial statement preparation and interpretation.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
