We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our team in the Engineering industry situated in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role primarily involves ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of payroll, maintaining up-to-date employee records, and serving as a point of contact for pay-related queries.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process bi-weekly payroll in a timely manner
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of employee timesheet data, ensuring compliance with both federal and state laws
- Accurately calculate and process taxes, deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related elements
- Investigate and rectify payroll discrepancies and errors
- Assist in managing benefit file feeds and funding
- Respond to employee queries and concerns related to pay
- Handle requests for pay-related documents such as pay statements and W2’s
- Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as labor laws
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as ADP - Financial Services, About Time, UKG Pro, and Kronos to carry out tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services.
- Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration.
- Proficiency in About Time software.
- Understanding of basic Accounting Functions.
- Demonstrable skills in Auditing.
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions.
- Proficient in using UKG Pro software.
- Experience with Kronos workforce management software.
