We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist with proficiency in Payroll management and ADP software. This role primarily involves processing employee data, interacting with employees on HR-related issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Responsibilities:
Administer all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing via ADP software.
Oversee HR duties from recruitment, onboarding, employee relations to separation.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Collaborate with different departments in the implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain employee records in ADP and ensure that payroll changes are processed accurately.
Address employee queries pertaining to Payroll and HR.
Assist in staff development and performance management processes.

3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with a focus on payroll and proficiency in using ADP.
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, procedures, and legal regulations.
Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
