IOE is UCL's Faculty of Education and Society.

Led by the Director and Dean, the IOE Directorate is the central administrative office for the IOE and acts as the point of contact for senior central UCL officers, other faculties of UCL and external organisations. It is responsible for setting, managing and monitoring the overall strategic direction and operational plans for the IOE.

About the role

You will be primarily responsible for providing high-level executive support to members of the Directorate’s Executive team.
This is a pivotal role within the IOE’s Directorate. Working as part of a small team you will support senior leaders in organising their time, workload and agendas. Reporting to the Executive Officer, you will also manage duties such as committee servicing, compliance and governance duties.

About you

With excellent diary management and record-keeping skills, you will have a high degree of accuracy and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
In addition, you will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people, including colleagues at all levels of UCL
