The Role
As a Trainee Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and care. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and addressing their queries, either face-to-face, via phone, or online.
• Assisting with product inquiries and providing information on services.
• Handling transactions and processing orders efficiently.
• Responding to customer feedback and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
• Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as required.
• Maintaining a positive, friendly, and approachable attitude to create a welcoming environment for customers.

What We're Looking For
No prior experience in customer service is necessary, as full training will be provided. However, we are looking for candidates who:

• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Are confident, friendly, and enjoy working with people.
• Are adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
