We’re passionate about crafting unique experiences for our guests, and we’re looking for a dynamic Barista and Waitress to join our team and help make every visit memorable.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including expertly crafted espresso-based drinks.
• Take and serve orders in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of café items and snacks.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work with the team to create a positive, efficient, and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or waitress preferred, but not required; we are happy to train the right person!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products and service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle busy shifts with a positive attitude.

Pay: From £24,234.00 per year
