Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately into our systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Support other office staff with clerical duties as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
