Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries
• Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively
• Process transactions accurately at the till
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Assist in promotional activities and merchandising efforts
