Call Centre Agent
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to analyse information quickly and provide solutions to customer queries.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- A proactive approach to upselling products while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
