Job Specification:
Location: Remote and must be able to commute into the Newry office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week

Job Specification:
- Provide full customer service, administrative and accounts support on one of our large framework contracts.
- Assist with incoming calls and queries.
- Book job requests.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Customer Service role.
- IT literate – excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Minimum of grade C or above in GCSE Mathematics and English Language (or equivalent).
Location: Remote and must be able to commute into the Newry office.
