Requirements

• Relevant BEng or BSc (Eng) Engineering Degree
• 8 years of more relevant experience post registration,

including five (5) years’ appropriate managerial experience.

• Code B (08) driver’s licence
• Eligibility for Registration as PR Eng

Key Performance Areas

• Managing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating

the implementation of complex high risk capital

infrastructure investment

• Managing the transport capital project pipeline for

specific programmes

• Coordinating the implementation plans and tenders

for infrastructure programmes

• Overseeing the deployment of programme and

project management professionals

• At a programme management level, facilitating capital planning,

managing and monitoring the capital allocation

and expenditure in accordance with approved budgets

• Ensuring that budgets are adjusted to match

implementation requirements through either formal

adjustment or draft budget processes or via budget

shifts/virements as necessary.

• Implementing processes, systems or tools to

ensure adherence to corporate standards, policies,

guides etc.
