Job Description:

• Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting industrial lubricants and related services through a solution-oriented approach.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure orders and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing teams to implement and support lubricant programs in the market.
• Conduct market analysis and recommend strategies to enhance sales performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize trade area activities and improve market presence.
• Ensure timely reporting and support other assigned tasks.
• Understand the needs and approaches for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C customers, as applicable for IL sector, for proper and appropriate product and service recommendations.
• Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

Must haves:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (but not required)
• At least a year of either B2B consumer sales or industry experience, with proven track record
• Industry knowledge is a plus, preferably from Fleet/Marine, Industrial, or Oil & Gas industries
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
• Customer-centric approach and self-motivation
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Has driving license and willingness to travel required
