The 24/7 Technical Support Officer is responsible for providing round-the-clock technical assistance and support for IT-related issues within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. The Technical Support Officer will work closely with users and technical teams to deliver high-quality support and maintain user satisfaction.
Ensure the availability of IT systems and services, proactively monitoring for issues and addressing them promptly.
Conduct routine maintenance and updates of software and hardware systems.
Assist in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk roles, preferably in a 24/7 support environment.
Familiarity with common operating systems, networking concepts, and IT service management tools.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user interaction.
