Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, chat, and email channels
- Assist customers in the purchasing process, providing recommendations and solutions tailored to their needs
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to potential customers
- At least 2 years experience
- With customer service and sales experience
- A team player with collaborative mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work night shift and flexible hours
- Can work on-site and start ASAP
