Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Representative to engage with customers through various channels, including calls and chat. In this role, you'll guide customers during the purchasing process with tailored recommendations and solutions, while effectively addressing complaints and resolving issues. Your in-depth knowledge of our products and services will empower you to provide accurate information and enhance the overall customer experience. Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, chat, and email channels
Assist customers in the purchasing process, providing recommendations and solutions tailored to their needs
Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to potential customers
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience
With customer service and sales experience
A team player with collaborative mindset
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work night shift and flexible hours
Can work on-site and start ASAP
